Bubbles in the Milky Way

We expected the data to look more like a circle, because the Milky Way is shaped more like a circle. However, it seems that the data scientists captured makes the shape of a rectangle instead, possibly because they only chose a portion of all the bubbles in the Milky Way. We also noticed that the line of best fit is not at zero, but below it. This would mean that more bubbles are located in the lower latitude of the Milky Way, rather than there being roughly equal amounts of bubbles on both sides. We can assume that most bubbles in the Milky Way stay near the center of it, and far less stay on the fringes.
